You don't need more generic advice. You need one clear plan, built by a certified postpartum doula who has helped hundreds of families through exactly this stage.

What you'll actually get

Your baby. Sleeping.
Like this.

This isn't about sleep training or letting your baby cry. It's a gentle, structured blueprint that works with your baby's natural rhythms, so longer nights happen naturally.

🌙

Sleep until 2am — or later

Your baby can make it to 2am+ without a feeding at this age. This plan shows you exactly how to get them there, even if they're still waking out of habit.

☀️

A daytime schedule that actually holds

4 structured naps, clear wake windows, and a consistent bedtime routine. Finally know what comes next instead of guessing all day long.

🕗

A bedtime that actually sticks

Consistent evenings start with one simple routine. When your baby knows what bedtime feels like, they stop fighting it, and you get your nights back.

📋

Stop the 3am guessing game

Know exactly when to soothe vs. feed at night. No more wondering if you're creating "bad habits." You'll have a clear decision-making framework.

💛

Reclaim your evenings

When baby's down, you get your night back. Dinner. A show. Sleep. This plan is designed to give you your life back too.

🗓️

A customizable template you'll actually use

Fill-in-the-blank schedule template so you can adapt the plan to your baby's wake time, not the other way around.

★★★★★

We couldn't be happier with this sleep guide! Our 10 week old was still waking 3-4 times a night. It was exhausting, especially with two very active toddlers as well. From the moment we started implementing the advice, we saw improvements. Thanks to Kim's guidance, our little one is now sleeping 10 hours with only one feeding per night. We're incredibly grateful and would recommend any of Kim's products to any parent ready to get some rest. We only wish we had found her sooner!

When I tell you I was feeding and rocking my baby back to sleep every two hours EVERY NIGHT. I was beyond exhausted and didn't know what to do anymore. Bought this on a whim (thank God!) and it changed everything. It was easy to follow, and it worked way faster than I expected. It's laid out in a really logical way and I love that she is actually a real professional and nurse who knows what she's talking about. If you're a sleep-deprived parent, this guide is worth every single penny!!

This guide gave me something I didn't even know I was missing: structure! The daytime nap routines made my days so much more predictable, and that alone was worth it. But the best part is I have my evenings back! I'm watching my favorite reality shows again and finally feeling like myself. This guide didn't just help my baby sleep, it helped me feel human again.

Kim, Bring Home Bliss

Hi, I'm Kim

I'm a registered nurse and certified postpartum doula, and I've helped hundreds of families navigate exactly what you're going through right now.

I created this plan because I kept seeing the same thing: exhausted parents with a 9-week-old, buried in conflicting advice, trying to hold it all together. This plan is what I'd sit down and walk you through if I were in your home.

It works. It's gentle. And you can start it today.

Common questions

You might be
wondering...

I've tried schedules before and they didn't work. Why would this be different?

Most schedules fail because they're too rigid, too generic, or built for the wrong age. This plan is built specifically around the biology of an 8–12 week old — their wake windows, sleep pressure, and feeding needs at this exact stage. It also builds in flexibility, so when your baby has an off day (and they will), you're not starting from scratch. The anchor is the bedtime, not a perfect schedule.

My baby is 9 weeks old. Is this the right time?

Yes. This plan is designed specifically for 8–12 week olds. Before 8 weeks, babies need to lead; after 8 weeks, their biology is ready for gentle structure. You're in the sweet spot. If your baby is already past 12 weeks, don't worry — we have plans built for exactly where they are now: check out The 3 Month Reset or The 4 Month Transition Plan.

Does this involve letting my baby cry it out?

No. This is not a sleep training plan. It's a scheduling and routine plan. We're building the foundation so that if you choose to sleep train later, your baby is already primed. For now, it's all about gentle consistency.

I'm breastfeeding. Does this still work?

Absolutely. The plan works for both breast and bottle feeding. The feeding frequency guidance is flexible, and nothing here requires you to change how you feed your baby.

What if my baby doesn't follow the schedule?

These are guidelines, not rules. The most important anchor is a consistent bedtime (8–8:30pm) and wake time (7:30–8am). Everything else adjusts around your baby. Kim built in flexibility throughout the plan, because real babies are not robots.

How quickly will I see results?

Most families start seeing longer night stretches within the first week of consistent implementation. The key is the bedtime anchor. Once that's established, nighttime naturally improves.
